Description

Original pressing from 1966 on CAPITOL label T2553. This is an Original YESTERDAY and TODAY 2nd State Butcher Cover. As you can see in the pictures, Ringo's black vest is seen thru the cover slick. The original owner had peeled off the top corner about 1" X 2" square where the CAPITOL logo now bleeds thru. There's a 1/4" tear into the original cover. You can see in the pictures below where the top slick doesnt cover all the Buthcer cover on lower left corner. Lower right corner has some lifting on both cover so this can be peeled and reglued. the top tear would need repair to complete the entire peel job. the cover is a #6. The cover only suffers a seam split on the lower spine about 4". THE BEATLES YESTERDAY AND TODAY is intact on spline. Back cover shows light wear.
