Description
THE VELVET UNDERGROUND "The Velvet Underground" LP, MGM 1969 SE 4617. This is an original, first-pressing of the 3rd Velvets album, with Lou Reed's Closet Mix - released on the VU box, but altered in subsequent pressings of the LP, as well as all of the CD editions. Cover is in VG+ condition - light ringwear near the bottom and edges of spine, and some slight fading associated with age in a couple spots, but very strong overall. Vinyl is in EX condition - no scratches, scuffs, blemishes that I can see.Also, both sides of the record have the Side 2 label, but the music is correct (not the same songs on both sides). Matrix codes are: Side 1: SE4617 Side1 MGS1824 Rev.BP Side 2: SE-4617 S-2 MGS-1825 SPECIAL REV. I have many other Garage/Punk/Indie albums from the '70's-'90's going up in the coming days and weeks, so stay posted!
