Description

The Velvet Underground and Nico. U.S. Blue Verve V-5008 ...Pressed in 1967. This is an amazing condition original MONO copy of their first LP. This is a first pressing torso cover with the peelable banana sticker still completely intact, which is very rare now. The cover is very near mint (see scans) with only minute wear on spine and faint beginnings of ring wear on upper front cover. The disc is a beautiful EX+ with only a few faint hairline scuffs which do not affect play. This copy play grades M- thoughout. The mono mix is superb. That was the way this record was originally recorded. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
