PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ THE ENTIRE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AS THERE IS A LOT TO DESCRIBE!!!

THIS LP IS STILL FACTORY SEALED IN THE ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP. THE ORIGINAL PRICE STICKER IS STILL AFFIXED TO THE FRONT OF THE SHRINK WRAP. (please see pics). 

THIS IS NOT A CHEAPO RECORD CLUB COPY OR A RECENT RECORD STORE DAY RELEASE. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL / VINTAGE LP FROM 1981. 

PLEASE NOTE:  THERE IS A SMALL CUT-OUT CLIP IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER OF THE FRONT COVER THAT GOES THROUGH TO THE UPPER LEFT CORNER OF THE REAR COVER. THIS WAS A COMMON PRACTICE BY THE RECORD COMPANIES BACK IN THE DAY. (please see pics).

THE SHRINK WRAP HAS POKED THROUGH THE CORNERS OVER THE YEARS and THERE ARE CORNER DINGS / SOFT CORNERS. (please see pics). 

THERE IS A VERY SMALL SLIT IN THE SHRINK WRAP ON THE SIDE OPENING.  (please see pics).

THERE ARE A FEW TEARS / RIPS IN THE SHRINK WRAP THAT ARE TYPICAL WITH AGE.(please see pics).

FOR THESE REASONS I AM GRADING THE COVER AS EXCELLENT INSTEAD OF MINT.

Up for sale is one(1) Van Halen - Fair Warning LP from 1981 on Warner Bros. Records (#HS 3540). 

I OBTAINED THIS LP SOMETIME IN THE EARLY 1980S AND I NEVER OPENED IT.

The cover is in EXCELLENT condition with minimal wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, small dings and ring wear all of which are typical. AND ANY ISSUES STATED ABOVE.

The vinyl and inner sleeve are assumed to be mint as this is still factory sealed.
