Description
Here for sale is a rare Vogue Picture Record album from 1947. The name of the album is "For the Children" and it includes two stunning picture records of the time. These are very unique and not seen today. One is titled "The Trial of "Bumble"the Bee", Part l and ll. The other is titled,"The Boy Who Cried Wolf",Part l and ll. Each record has a picture of the bees on one side and the wolf on the other. The records are inside the album in two, titled, divided sleeves. The album cover is in pretty good shape with minor storage wear. The records that are inside look to be in very good condiition with no visible scratches. I did not try to play these as I have no player. These were found at a recent estate sale which I attend often but I am not an expert on old records. I try to explain and describe my items to the best of my ability. These pretty old scenes on the records are so very delightful that one would collect these for the sheer joy of having the old pictures.I feel sure the records will play also as they appear to be in good shape, not warped or missing any pieces. They are marked R-745 and the other R-746. These would make a wonderful collectable for anyone who loves old things. I think they are enchanting!
