Description

When Gun’s N’ Roses released their “Lies” E.P. after the success of “Appetite For Destruction” the album cover was a parody of tabloid newspapers.  Two statements about domestic abuse that were on the original album cover had to be removed and replaced. 
“Wife-beating has been around for 10,000 years” and “Ladies, welcome to the dark ages“.
The censored version used the replacement lines “LIES, LIES, LIES” and “Elephant Gives Birth To Midget“.
This back patch has the ORIGINAL UNCENSORED Statements on it.
I haven't seen many of these over the years and rate this as RARE.
It has not been on a Jacket or Shirt and I no longer own a Jacket for it to go on and with Guns n' Roses Headlining the Saturday Night at 
Download in 2018 it would look good in the Crowd.
