RECORD CONDITION Excellent minus (EX-) the record looks great with only some light scuffs and the labels look great.
GENERAL COMMENTS This one of the rarest Australian EP's to find, it has some great garage/beat tracks. This is the only copy that I have found and I would estimate sales at the time of around a few hundred This would probably be your only chance of a finding a copy this clean. I will be listing hundreds of rare 45's over the coming months and records will only be sent registered mail .
