About This Record. This is an original copy of The Fallen Angels LP entitled "It's A Long Way Down" released on Roulette Records in 1968 in a gatefold Unipack USA denominated cover, but with the German Export version of the original LP in thicker nicer sounding vinyl. Even rarer than the original USA copy, as few were exported. This is a holy grail of psych LPs that everybody wants, and nobody has. Good luck as I have NO RESERVE. Awesome reviews by Hans Pokora and The Acid Archives, of course. Even Vernon Joynson likes this too! I have no idea why so few copies of this LP were pressed; kinda like the Morning Dew LP, and Arzachel, which also were Roulette released exported to Germany for a small pressing.

Comes hand-cleaned on my VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning machine (hate those automated 17's) and placed in a new dust-free sleeve for your grandchildren. And at least one plastic sleeves for moisture protection (for you and me).
Cover Condition: STRONG Very Good (VG) gatefold unipack cover with small writing on cover and inside of gatefold ("JB + Liz"), and some spine wear, and the inner unipack gatefolds seams are beginning to come unglued (but not tears/rips). Some light ring wear and corner wear. Awesome and Essential psych cover. Please See all the Photos I took. I didn't take them for fun and frolic.
Vinyl Condition: Excellent (EX) vinyl. Nice keeper copy with lightest of wear.
Labels. Near Mint (NM) labels with light age wear. Please see photos of all labels.
Inserts: Comes with original plain white (now brown) paper inner sleeve (with small tape on one part), but no worries, this LP also comes cleaned on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and in a new rice paper sleeve equivalent.
Packaging. I clean all vinyl on my KL Audio Ultrasonic Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original. I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection. I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least two insert stiffeners, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” or something like that to help facilitate a safe passage.
