SHIPPING & HANDLING
We have a strict shipping & handling procedure to ensure that your vinyl arrives safely. We separate the sleeved record from the jacket and place the separated jacket and sleeved record into a resealable poly bag. The poly bagged item is placed between two cardboard stiffeners and secured inside an appropriate sized mailer.
GRADING SCALE
MT/SS (Mint/Still Sealed): Factory sealed, no corner or edge dings, shrink wrap 100% intact.
NM (Near Mint): The record shows no signs of having ever been played. Virtually no wear to faces, edges or corners of jacket.
EX (Excellent): Record surfaces are bright and clean but may have a few light paper scuffs or superficial surface marks. Might play with very little, low noise in soft passages. Some very minor wear to faces, edges and/or corners of jacket.
VG+ (Very Good Plus): A well cared-for used record. Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have scuffs or light scratches. May have some very light surface noise and/or isolated crackles and pops/ticks. Jacket may have more pronounced ring wear, moderate wear to edges and corners, light creases or stress lines, and other minor defects.
VG (Very Good): Record shows visible signs of wear. Plays with some surface noise - especially in soft passages. Groove wear may be noticeable, as will some scratches that may cause pops/ticks. Jacket will have heavier ring wear, and/or worn edges and corners, and/or light soiling or discoloration.
G (Good): Lots of scratches and/or background noise. Heavier soiling, damaged edges/corners and/or other serious defects to the jacket.
