Goldmine Standards (on the conservative side)
Vinyl: VG  multiple light surface scratches, nothing that can be felt with a fingernail.  All sides cleaned on a VPI HW17 and stored in a brand new "Blake" plastic inner sleeve.  
Cover: VG, soft cover, light/mod storage wear, no splits.         

All of my LPs are shipped in a plastic sleeve with 2 heavy duty cardboard inserts, and a heavy duty shipping box! I have not had one record damaged in transit. Even shipping 78s to the other side of the Earth!
