Beyond RARE!
Van Morrison, Astral Weeks (Warner Bros, 1968, First UK Pressing, Orange Label, Stereo). Side 1 A-1, Side 2 B-2 Matrix.
Always listed up there with the greatest albums of all time, this is obviously a masterpiece.
There is quite a bit of surface marking on the vinyl (the worst is pictured), but it is mostly spindle marking and superficial wear. There remains a very glossy, clean vinyl appearance. The album plays all the way through without skipping, but there is background noise (not too bad though). In short, this album crackles a bit, but is fine.
The sleeve, as pictured, shows signs of aging (discolouring, slight creasing and a bit of air under the laminate protection). Still, not too bad.
Due to the magnitude and scarcity of this album, grading is difficult. Please feel free to message me with any queries. Also, I will gladly accept returns, in this instance, and provide full refund if you’re unhappy. I aim to please. I’m being as honest as I can here. The proof is in the listening.
This is an acceptable copy. Similar copies have sold for £50 and well over. Happy to start at £20.
