For all you Roy Orbison fans and collectors. This is a rare find. This record is of Roy Orbison and Teen Kings. OOBY DOOBY on one side and the flip side is GO! GO! GO! This 45 RPM Sun label record # 242 was personally signed by Roy Orbison for a member of his band or someone that helped in the band. Years ago I met the lady that owned this record and she told me the story that one of her relatives was in Roy Orbison's band and Roy had signed and given this record to him. She would not sell me the record, but about 5 or 6 years ago I bought this record from her estate. I can't verify this information, but I knew the old lady well and I'm sure she was telling me the truth. I have never played this record (and who would want to) so I can't tell you about the scratches when it plays, but the record has no cracks or chips, but does have a small indentation on the OOBY DOOBY side as you can see in the pictures. The label has no tears or rips, but does have a few minor stains. I do not have the original sleeve. This record will display well and will make a great, rare addition to anyone's collection.
