RECORD ONE
SLEEVE : a little wear on the top edge centre and a small seam split bottom right, otherwise Superb...laminate nice and tight...rear lovely and clean...spine lettering nice and sharp: EX-
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few ultrafine 'paper contact' wispy hairlines, only visible under very strong light, otherwise looks unplayed and plays Superbly: EX
VINYL - SIDE TWO: a few fine ultrafine hairlines..again, plays beautifully: EX
LABELS: faint spindle marking, only visible under very strong light, otherwise Superb: EX
RECORD TWO
SLEEVE : tiny bit of wear to bottom right corner and a small mark at the top on the rear, otherwise Superb..laminate nice and tight...rear lovely and clean...spine lettering nice and sharp: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
