Clearly labeled, "Available only to technical and other authorized personnel for the limited purpose of testing and review. NOT TO BE PUBLICLY PERFORMED, REPRODUCED, SOLD OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTED." And the sides are marked 1 and 2 in felt tip pen.
They probably made only a half-dozen or so of these.
Also contains a sheet headed "Label Copy" with a track listing and other information about the recording.
Record appears to have never been played, but it is covered with dust and lint.
