VAN HALEN 1978 SUPER RARE LOONEY TUNES RED VINYL PROMO EP

Presented here is arguably the single most collectible and rarest Van Halen vinyl release that each and every collector wants to have in his or her collection. Prior to the release of their landmark ‘Van Halen’ debut album, Warner Brothers released this 5-song red vinyl EP, oddly titled ‘Looney Tunes’ and shipped it in January of 1978 to radio stations only. This is the ONLY record that contains the original Van Halen logo.

The EP contains (on the A-side); Runnin’ With The Devil, Eruption and Ice Cream Man and on the B-side You Really Got Me and Jamie’s Cryin’.

The sleeve is still in the original shrink wrap. The record itself has been played a few times and shows slight wear but is overall in very good condition. More importantly, this ultra-rare release hardly ever becomes available and when it does (such as in the official Van Halen on-line store), it’ll cost you well over 200 bucks! What a great opportunity!
