Welcome to the infamous Octopus label best jam along with BASS MODULATIONS & CLOUDS. Some of the real best music came out from the Flipper vaults (Canopo, Flirt, Deneb ecc.) Just an incredible session seeing Piero Montanari (Romano Mussolini's bassist) killing at the bass, Roberto Conrado's UNDERGROUND MOOD drumming set, and cult Italian Pop singer Amedeo Minghi providing some mad Scat vocals. The whole album is a real MASTERPIECE and an insane Italian Progressive, Psychedelic and Funk trip. Several tracks have been comped on 'FLIPPER PSYCHOUT' & 'SCOCTOPUS' LPs. Loads of Progressive riffs, treated Psychedelic & Lounge male vocals all over, Funk grooves with mental Breakbeats, deep Underground Score & spaced-out themes, groovy electronics and wild percussions. Every track kills it making this album a real jewel. "GLITTER" is maybe the top of the game with its insane B-boy mood feat. mad percussions, moody rhythms with drums killing tempo changes, Moog effects and Da-Ba-Da vocals. Unbelievable! Total Progressive vibes on side A starter "CLIMAX" with bass and guitar Prog. riffs, Moog and Prog-inspired vocals under groovin' Funky drums. Stoned Hip-Hop groove on "SAVE UP" with infectious Funk Scat moves up the killer Breakbeat of "FROG IN LOVE", cult Montanari's shot with Frog-inspired electronic sound followed by pounding BBoy drum Breaks. Astonishing Downtempo "GLAZE" groove with mindblowing vocals and Funky guitar. Trippy eastern Psychedelic waltz on "SAMPLER", baroque classic theme on "QUOIN". "SLIDING SCALE" starts the B side with groovy Moog completed by Sha-Ba-Da Scat vocals, guitar solo, dynamic drums and bass. Nice Scat Funk on "READY MONEY" with its Psychedelic Lounge mood. Dark Score vocals on "POOL" come first the final shot: "MAZE" is the coolest '70s sound ever; super groovy infectious rhythm for '70s Vintage parties with just lovely vocals, incredible!
