1) Postage: UK shipping is NOT free as long as the UK Post Office continues to charge real money to send stuff. UK domestic postage will be built into the start price of all items (for NON-UK buyers shipping will be cheaper to accomodate this).

2) Insurance: eBay will no longer allow us to offer insurance as an optional extra for shipping. However we believe that the choice should be with the buyer, so even though we can't offer insurance we can point out that cover for loss or damage is often integral to premium shipping methods so please choose your shipping method with this in mind if you are worried about your valuable items in the post.
