Ultra rare hand numbered U23 12" single
HAND - NUMBERED by Jackie Hayden at CBS Records, Ireland in September 1979 - #793/1000
The record itself is in excellent condition with a few surface marks that are unnoticable during playing. The labels still have their vibrant colour and are in mint condition. 'Mfd in IRELAND' is spelt correctly, unlike later re-issues that mis-spell it 'IRELNAD'.
Etched in the deadwax on SIDE ONE are the words 'BANG 1', 'BONO', 'ADAM', 'THE EDGE', 'LARRY', 'CBS U2.3 A-1' and 'CBS 7951 -12A'

The sleeve has some creases and ringwear, but no rips or tears so is in a decent condition considering its age. The all too famous sticker has some slight discolouration but is in otherwise excellent condition and the number '793' is inked in blue.
I have photographed the record alongside a copy of todays Sun newspaper that confirms the record offered for sale is in my possession.
