Description

From England, this is Fontana Records STL 5410 (886 421TY), Tubby Hayes Orchestra 100% Proof, a black label, original stereo, promotional issue of this rare big band session. The record is in VG++ condition showing some light marks and playing with an occasional random single pop, but otherwise quietly throughout. The cover has a hole punch and the back has light ring wear, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with a Sample Record sticker on side 1 (see photo).This is still an excellent, collector's grade copy of this rare original issue. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be listing over the next few months. Please check our other listings.
