Description

Uriah Heep: The Magician’s Birthday, UK Pink Rim Island 1972 pressing. Ultra rare UK pressing, possibly made for Export only in very limited numbers. Disc is graded EXCELLENT+, has 2 light hairlines, plays NM.  Labels each have a very faint mark from where sticker used to be, barely visible. Cover is superb EXCELLENT+++, has tiny number on the inside of gatefold. Comes with orig Bronze/Island printed innerslv.  A-1U, B-1U matrixes. Good luck!!! Finding another copy may be years! One of the rarest, if not THE rarest of the odd Pink Rim Island pressings. GOOD LUCK!!!

GRADINGS

I have ten years of experience of selling vintage vinyl. I aim at selling top quality LPs only. Gradings are on the M/ EX/VG+/VG scale. I will rarely I sell LPs less than VG+, unless of considerable rarity.

  • MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
  • EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
  • VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
  • VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.

PLAYGRADING

There's no guessing about condition from visual look. The visual look of a record is very important, but it only tells part of the truth. Therefore I playgrade and carefully check all my offered LPs.

SHIPPING

I ship in strong, brand new cruciform shipping boxes with padding inside. The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit. IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS regarding shipping, I will always do my best to coorporate.

The shipping qoutes are for 'regular' LPs. If an LP is extra heavy and cannot be shipped at the normal rate I have made the note 'Heavy LP, ships at the price of 2'.
