UNRELEASED POPCORN R&B 10" ACETATE BY THE DEMONS - LISTEN! Just discovered in the private collection of a Hollywood promo man is this incredible artefact, both tracks gripping slices of 60s R&B with that popcorn beat. No artist is credited but the label mentions Clover Records, and “Going To The Dance” came out on that label in 1966 as by The Demons. The version on this acetate is essentially the same. HOWEVER the winner is the flip, the completely unreleased “Monkey See, Monkey Do,” fantastic mod R&B guaranteed to fill the dancefloor. Check it out!
The acetate is a genuine dub from RCA Studio in Hollywood, and is in very clean shape, with only a very slight amount of surface noise on the “Monkey” side. Don’t delay and grab this one-of-a-kind gem!
