Description
On offer here is a VERY rare and in demand DooWop single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Book Of Love" by The Monotones. The B side is called 'You Never Loved Me'. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE SINGLE INDEED AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION!!!! DON'T MISS OUT!!!! This is an ORIGINAL 1958 UK 1st Tri-Centre Pressing on the London label HLM 8625. Any fan of The Monotones' DooWop sound, or 50s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO wear and NO spindle marks. In fact, the disc looks UNPLAYED!!!! Most of these 50s singles had been to wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. THIS RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK and is strictly graded at MINT (minus)!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brilliant!!!!
