This has been released in minimal numbers in 1987 and rarely comes up

The sleeve (insert sleeve, both-sided) shows signs of ageing but NO sticker marks which are common - I would grade it EX- as it shows signs of wear,  the vinyl is inEX- with slight some surface marks which are not very audible. The B-side is blank.
