Thanks for looking!  See photos of actual item.  This was purchased in store on Record Store Day. 


Unfortunately, there are several issues with the cover, most notably a large bend across the top right corner of the cover, multiple indents across the top and left, and a small nick towards the lower right corner.  


There are some surface marks on the record itself, I only noticed 1 audible "pop" at the beginning of "I'll Go Crazy..." on my system (Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge on a Rega turntable).  I believe the plastic cover came with the record originally.
