Description

U2
A: Out Of Control
B1: Stories For Boys
B2: Boy/Girl
[CBS 7951, IRELAND]

VERY RARE early original irish issue of U2's debut 7". This 7" doesn't come up for sale often and this one is in superb condition. Have a listen below!

Has got a "thumb cut" at the opening on the back of the sleeve, but NOT on the front. Has got sunburst label without "Made in England" and without "CBS inc" on the labels. Has got "Record mfd. in Ireland" at the bottom of the labels.

DOES NOT have "GRAFOTONE" printed on the back of the sleeve and DOES NOT have "U.K.T.M. N° B81 8092" on the right side of the labels.

The vinyl is SUPER CLEAN and very close to M-, but something seems to have happened in the manufacturing process and a thin slice of the outer edge of the record has come off. Check out the pictures. It does not in any way affect the playing surface and there are 3-4 unaffected grooves left before the music starts so it is no problem to put down the needle on the record.

Sleeve condition: EX+ (very close to M-)
Vinyl condition: EX+ (close to M-, but READ ABOVE!)

SOUNDCLIP:

Double-click on the "play" button above to listen to SOUND CLIPS of both sides! If the player above doesn't work, click HERE to listen to the MP3.
