matrix message: on the b-side-- BANG BONO ADAM THE EDGE LARRY.

additional information: this is the third pressing of this single, which is known as the band's names are etched only in the b-side of the vinyl. there are at least four pressings known of the 12 inch version of this single, which is U2's very first release.

sleeve condition: this is the original CBS red & yellow sleeve. there is some ringwear from shelflife & slight foxing starting along the seams. there is also writing in black felt tip pen on the sleeve-- the original owner's name is written along the top right on one side, about 1.5 inches long, 1/2 inch tall. on the other sleeve side the tracklisting is written on the bottom right seam. please see photos for these details. otherwise, the sleeve is not torn or coming unglued-- in good condition.

record condition: on the A-side I see only one small, light surface scratch. I see no marks or scratches on the B-side. I have never played this record. in very good condition.

label condition: the A-side label is in excellent condition, with no ringwear. the B-side label has the original owner's name written along the edge, but is in otherwise excellent condition.-- please see photographs for more information.
