This is a rare U2 collectible. An unplayed USA test pressing for 1988’s Rattle & Hum, stored since release.  Pressed on Specialty for Island Records.

This rare test pressing is combined with a Ltd Ed Promo Only Press folder detailing credits & info for their film, Rattle & Hum.
