Ultra rare official 1992 Island Records promotional only inflatable Trabant which measures approximately 3 feet from the bonet to the boot complete with 2 logos. Produced as part of the monster publicity and promotional campaign for the Achtung Baby album. A rarely seen rarity with only 250 copies ever made.

U2 Exclusive Inflatable Trabant Promotional Item


Exclusively made to promote the 1991 'Achtung Baby' album release by U2 in the US, Island Records shipped out this uber cool - and uber rare - inflatable car to major market record stores across the country. While no exact numbers are available, it is widely believed that only 250 of these cars were ever distributed. 


A truly amazing item, this huge car is a Trabant and features the art similar to one of the promo videos for 'One' - a single from the album. Each tire needs to be inflated separately - just like a real car! Inflated, the car measures 37 inches long. It comes in the original packaging, complete with an instruction manual and hanging kit. This awesome collectible is in excellent condition.
