As much faith as I have in our postal system sometimes things go astray. Unless you are prepared to pay “registered post” I cannot be responsible for an item being lost in the mail. On some occasions recycled materials are used for packaging. I take extreme care when packing your goods, and do my best to ensure they arrive intact.

Unfortunately NO RESPONSIBILITY is taken for handling by Australia Post, as they do not offer a fragile service. For claims please take the item with ALL the packaging to the post office for your possible refund, depending on their assessment.

MINT = the record is in as new condition with no surface marks.

MINT - VERY GOOD = Slight surfaces marks, or maybe a name on label or disc.

VERY GOOD = has been played but no loss of listening quality. Surface marks but not scratched. Plays without jumps or skips. May not be original cover.

GOOD = Obvious wear, listening quality although good could have pops/crackles. May not be original cover.

FAIR- POOR = Playable but with considerable scuff marks, thus listening quality has pops/crackles and cover maybe torn or written on. May not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc. These are usually only offered as “collection filler”.
