Features unique front cover graphics not found on the various LP releases or the Aussie Promo EP, being Mary and Baby Jesus are drawn in white versus Gold on all other releases.

Sleeve VG++ with some light creases and round outline from the vinyl, Radio station sticker on back of sleeve., A. Side Vinyl (U2 side) Mint, B. Side Vinyl M-,  labels Mint.  Both Sleeve and Labels state "Promotional only - Not For Sale"
