Description

Tunes From The Simple Years is a very rare 1983 release from Germany's Swingin' Pig. It has a deluxe blue and white cartoon cover. On the front, there is a gold seal stating that this is "A Genuine Swingin' Pig Disc" with a picture of the Swingin' Pig himself. There is also a red stamp in the bottom right corner, stating "Collector's Edition, Red Vinyl, 750 copies". However, rumor has it that there were only 500 copies produced. This is truly a quality piece. The recordings are from a variety of sources. Please see the track listing below.

This album has been played twice. The first time was when I first bought it, to record it on cassette. (Yes, cassette! Remember them!) I always listened to my music on cassettes, so as not to damage the records. Then I recorded it a second time somewhat recently to digitalize it, so I can now listen to it on my iPod. I am not a professional record collector, nor a record store. I am just someone who will be making a major move soon and cannot take many of my prized possessions with me. Therefore, I am selling my cherished records. My loss can be your gain. Happy bidding!
