I’m in the process of downsizing and need to let go of a lot of items I’ve long held. This record album is from my personal collection. I am not a professional record dealer and do not have expertise in grading, nor do I have elaborate record cleaning equipment. This record was played in all likelihood maybe 3-4 times. It has been carefully preserved all these years. Please see details below and examine the pics closely for your assessment.

Jacket = excellent condition, no writing or splits. Only very minor corner wear. Die cut cover is clean and nice edge.
Inner sleeve = very nice, no splits/tears. Die cut.
Vinyl = minimally played and it shows, shiny and extremely nice.
Poster/Insert = no tears or rips. Has handling marks/wrinkles. Folded.
