? ? Currently celebrating his 50th year as a freelance journalist, music industry veteran Roger St. Pierre has met and interviewed many of the greats of our music. ? A long time feature writer and reviewer for Blues & Soul, Record Mirror, NME and other publications, he also ran his own press, radio, TV and club promotion company, working on the last ever Bill Haley tour, the first ever Jackson Five UK tour and with a client list including Marvin Gaye, James Brown, B.B King, Diana Ross, Desmond Dekker, the Pioneers, the Drifters, Ben E King, Chuck Berry, the Temptations, War, Blood Sweat & Tears, KC & The Sunshine Band and the Coxsone, TK and Solar labels. ?He has also written books on Bob Marley, Ike & Tina Turner, Michael Jackson and others as well as hosting his acclaimed ?R&B Revival Show? and BBC Radio Kent, Skyline Radio and, most recently, Solar Radio. Roger has also researched, written and co-produced award-winning BBC Radio Two series on Atlantic Records, Count Basie, Chuck Berry and blues? legend Robert Johnson.
