Description

Incredibly RARE early pink label test pressing of seminal Irish rock legend's debut LP on Decca. The serial number SKL 5082 is written in biro on the label. Only the name 'Thin Lizzy' appears in felt tip on one side of the label. The matrix numbers ZAL- 10412P-3D/ZAL-10413P-3D are stamped in the run outs. The vinyl has quite a few blemishes but plays through well without too much background noise. Grades as VERY GOOD. The labels are clean but spindle wear is evident. The matt sleeve has edge wear at the top and bottom and a 1.5 inch label removal tear at the front top right (see photo). There is also some ring wear and speckling to the rear. No rips or serious corner bends are evident. Grades as GOOD+. Item dispatched in hard card mailer with stiffeners.
