Description

This is the original deep-groove pressing of Thelonious Monk “Alone in San Francisco” on the small (3 ½”) blue and silver reel-logo labels of Riverside RLP 12-312. The playing surface is immaculate, with an amazingly high luster; perhaps played once. The coated 553 West 51st St. cover is clean and bright throughout; the top seam has a ½” split at the opening and 1/8” wear at the spine. This is a solo piano recording. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.
