This is the 9 LP set with all of the original papers, photos and poster.

All are mint! I bought this set overseas in 1981 and have had it boxed and stored ever sense.

This is a numbered limited edition set. (Polydor release 2675 216 ~ 1981)

This set was not released in the USA!

The “WHO” are appearing at the Super Bowl XLIV for the Halftime Show on Feb. 7.

CBS will be broadcasting the championship game and the performance live from Dolphin Stadium in South Florida.

The following is the Live at Leeds album items list“A”

Thought by many to be the best live rock album of all time.

 Live at Leeds is The Who’s first live album and their only “live album” released while the group was recording and performing regularly.

The New York Times acclaims “Live at Leeds” as “The best rock album ever made” Its reputation as such continues to this day as “Q magazine” has recently put it at the top of the greatest live albums of all time.

Released in the U.S. on May 16, 1970 by Decca and MCA and by Track in the U.K. on May 23, 1970.

On “Q magazine’s list of Loudest Albums of All Time and in the book of 1001 Albums You Must Hear before You Die.

The following is the Live at Leeds album items list “A”

The record is in a paper sleeve on one side of the album cover and facsimiles of various memorabilia on the other, including the following:

(1)   A photo of the band from the My Generation photoshoot.

(2)   A photo of Pet Townshend at Woodstock, NY, with handwritten lyrics to the "Listening to You" chorus from Tommy (On the back of photo).

(3)   A receipt for smoke bombs.

(4)   A Court “Notice” Demand for payment or return of items Paper.

(5)   A Letter from “EMI Records”.

(6)   A Contract Letter from “Premier Talent Associates Inc” for a 1 hour show at “WOODSTOCK”.

(7)   A Fee paper from a London Club.

(8)   A “MY Generation” lyrics paper.

(9)   A letter from “Kings Agency Ltd”, 1965 Cancelation notice.

(10)                       A “New Action Ltd” letterhead with Dates, places & fees for engagements for the group.

(11)                       A Yellow paper “The High Numbers” dates, places, times & fees paper.

(12)                       The early black "Maximum R&B" poster showing Pete Townshend windmilling his Rickenbacker.

The hard shell box for this set has some very slight discoloration from storage but NO rips, cuts, tears, dings, holes or damage of any kind.

The box itself is a 9.8 of 10.

All the albums, protective sleaves, papers, booklets, photos and poster are in MINT condition. These albums have NEVER been played and all have been stored for nearly 30 years.

 I have sold some of my other album sets (Beatles 13 album set, Beatles anthology set (45s), Jimi Hendrix 12 album set, The Rolling Stones 6 album set, just to name a few and all my customers have been very pleased.

This is the must have collection of a lifetime and I don’t think you will ever find another in this “NEVER PLAYED” condition.

These sets are rare, besides being cataloged limited editions most were or have been taken apart and sold as single albums.
