'WHITE BLOOD CELLS'
TEST PRESSING
Here is an ultra rare 12" vinyl test pressing/white label promo of the original 2001 'White Blood Cells' album.
This is the White Stripes breakthrough album, featuring tracks like Hotel Yorba, Fell In Love With A Girl & Dead Leaves On The Dirty Ground.
Although the album has been re-pressed, this is the test pressing from the original Whtie Stripes album on the 'Sympathy For The Record Industry' label pressed in 2000. Pressed in extremely limited numbers, probably 10-20 is normal.
This is the ultimate rarity for any White Stripes collector. In terms of the number that were produced, not all collectors can have this item!!
This item is 100% genuine test pressing/white label promo. The matrix codes that are handwritten in the run-out codes are identical to the regular 1st issue SFTRI record.
This is not an aftermarket re-issue or re-press!!
The codes are:
Side A: SYMPATHY SFTRI-660-A RBS(? scribble) S-48026
Side B: SYMPATHY SFTRI-660-B RBS(? scribble) S-48027
(bit tricky to read these matrix codes, in places)

The record comes in a plain white sleeve, there is no marking or writing on either side.
There are a few light scratches which is normal for a test press.
I've never played or opened these records (except to check their authenticity when i bought them, and again to photo them for these auctions)
Please look at my other sale items as i have all three first press White Stripes' album test presses for sale.
No reserve or high starting bid on these test presses as i know they will go for a decent price due to their rarity.
