The Stone Roses – What The World Is Waiting For/The Stone Roses Sampler Cassette [Silvertone Records: ORE 13/PROMO 7]
For auction from 0.99p (or buy it now for £45) is the very, very rare, still sealed 1990 Australian released double pack of What The World Is Waiting For 7” and The Stone Roses Sampler Cassette.
Single and cassette are backed with a plain 7.5” cardboard square and shrink-wrapped. 7” cover includes a circular sticker – “Features the Hit single ‘Fools Gold’”.
The cassette ‘includes excerpts from the Stone Roses self titled debut album ORE LP 502’ [also references MC and CD]. The same audio content is repeated on both sides and consists of edited excerpts of the listed songs.
