Don't get this confused with the 1987 original 1st pressing. THIS COPY - is the reissue from '89 as the Roses are charting for the 1st time. It's German pressed for the UK market. They've even managed to goof up the spelling on the title track. 'Cinnamon' on the cover and the record label drops an 'N'...Cinammon. C'mon guys! Also note how the image on the front has the sweets in colour. This is the '89 copy. Later copies were fully black and white.
Vinyl (Ex+) Beautiful shiny condition someone's hardly touched it - which is very unusual given it's nearing its 25th Anniversary. The surfaces are like mirrors barring a couple of trace marks..i.e. practically nothing! A thorough testing from beginning reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback with one deviation. PERFECTLY clean signalled. I have never heard a Roses 12 inch play this clean. There is ONLY one deviation which is a momentary couple of crackles/ticks in the right channel as side 2 starts up and Ian's vocal comes in. No major problem - and over before you can say 'Bangin!'. Highly entertaining. Highly recommended. Why would you want to compromise on this Manchester mid-eighties classic.
Cover (Ex) Very nice solid cover - many will not be looking this tidy. No surface wear and no creasing. Minimal edge wear and sharp openings. The spine is 100% intact. Excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. No splits.
