This auction is for a promotional radio show album featuring two bands:
British pop group, The Smiths (on side-A) and Blues/Rockabilly/Punk band The Blasters (Side-B.)
This album was released in 1985, with a limited pressing of approximately 500 copies. These were distributed mostly to college and alternative radio stations to promote the Smiths album "Meat is Murder" and the Blasters album, "Hard Line." Both sides feature a mix of music and interviews. The album is marked "For Promotional Use Only" and was never released commercially.
SIDE A: THE SMITHS
Interview with Morrissey and Music from the Sire album "Meat is Murder". Music tracks from the album are interspersed with interviews of Morrissey talking about The Smiths and the new album. Very interesting!

CONDITION:
Record is Mint Minus
Sleeve is cardboard; white generic style with label cutout, as it originally came. It has two stickers on it: an old price sticker from a record show where I got it, and a large yellow sticker that says "Compliments of Image".
Record will include a plastic protective sleeve.
