Description
This is the phenomenally rare UK London export with 1A/2A earliest matrixes and withdrawn prototype sleeve with unique flip back cover, complete with original FFRR inner sleeve. It features the same photo used on The Rolling Stones self titled debut only surrounded with a white border and on the back cover the misspelling of the song "Congradulations" and CPL 1917 above LL3402. The printing on the back cover appears to be in typewriter like font in comparison to the standard typeset of the later stock issue.
This is probably the rarest Rolling Stones L.P ever released, covered by Record Collector over two issues. It is believed that this UK Decca manufactured export only FFRR label pressing was only ever released in Hong Kong in miniscule amounts before being withdrawn.
The vinyl has some marks but plays beautifully and I would grade it as Good Plus. The sleeve has some spots of discolouration mainly around the opening front and back of sleeve. There are also some small creases on front and spine but generally in good condition.
Don't miss your chance to get this virtually unseen Rolling Stones rarity, you're unlikely to ever see it again!!
