The Replacements, Let It Be, 1984 ~ Twin Tone Records 12” 33 RPM Vinyl LP
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For auction is the Let It Be LP by the Replacements. This is a 12” 33-RPM LP released by Twin Tone Records in 1984. A sticker shows I bought it for $8.98. Rated one of the Best Records of the 1980s, Rolling Stone gave this the #241 slot in their list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list.
Pre-owned by myself and no one else, I seen scratches or faults on either side of the record. The spindle hole has no signs of wear. I could comb my hair with this record. Playing is perfect. Condition is VG++.
How about the record cover and the sleeve? I I should be brave enough to call state the record cover is Near Mint but I’m not so I rate the album cover in VG++ condition. Find fault if you must with the label/price tag on the cover. The record store put it there. At least it’s on the shrink-wrapped plastic, not the cardboard cover. The paper liner/sleeve is plain and original. It has a few folds and maybe some sun bleaching. This was bought when I automatically taped the weak edges of the sleeve to protect the album inside it. (Sometimes the record wears through the sleeve and falls out in handling.) So there is some tape on the edges. I call the paper sleeve VG+ condition.
I am not very familiar with the newer payment methods but eBay can probably accommodate you however you want to do it. Contact me before bidding if you have a question about paying though I imagine eBay can tell you more than I can.
For buyers outside the United States, customs and import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.
The package will be labeled Merchandise, not Gift.
I usually send out items within a day of receiving payment but several things could slow me down. I don’t like to send things to an address other than the one provided by eBay. Being a verified buyer and having a confirmed address can help.
