You are bidding in a once-in-a-lifetime auction, for one of the rarest rock records ever, a guaranteed original first pressing US true MONO edition of The Monkees' The Birds The Bees And The Monkees. Few were pressed, even fewer were bought, making this a grail item for Monkees collectors, mono LP collectors, and collectors of rare records in general. This record rarely goes up for auction, and when it does, it is usually not in the condition offered here. The LP cover has slight wear, but no seam splits. Corners have very slight bumps. As for the record itself, it has surface marks (needle slides etc.) which do not sound, and a couple very minor scratches which you can NOT hear when the music is playing (there is slight noise between tracks in these spots). The record is super loud, and super hot sounding, I was astounded when I played it. You will not be sorry you purchased this one!! I ask for payment within 24 hours of the auction, no exceptions!!!!!
