In the meantime, we are doing our best to ship orders via international couriers, even though costs are unfortunately higher. We truly hope that regular postal services, both reliable and more affordable, will be available again soon. SHIPPING POLICY Orders are shipped within 2 business days after receiving payment. All shipments include tracking. Any import/customs taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. PAYMENT METHODS We accept payments via PayPal only for fast and secure transactions. PRE-SHIPPING INSPECTION & APPROVAL We ALWAYS send detailed, high-resolution photos of the actual item (no stock images) before shipping. Photos are taken during working days only and show sleeve, label, matrix/runout, and disc surface. The buyer must check and approve the photos before shipment. This ensures clarity on version, condition, and grading. This step helps avoid misunderstandings and disputes. SEALED RECORDS POLICY Sealed items are sold as-is. Once opened, the item loses its original collectible value, and returns are not accepted. We are not responsible for factory defects (e.g., slight warping or pressing flaws) that are undetectable until the record is opened.
