Cleaned on a VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning Machine!

Grading:  VINYL IS VG+++!  It's about as close to M- as you can get.  Just a couple of label marks and a couple of superficial hairlines that don't affect play.  Probably only played a couple of times.  Cover is VG+++ because of a 3" section of light fraying on the top seam (see picture).  Strong spine!  See DETAILED PICTURES for additional description.
