This is NOT an original but a beautifully executed commemorative tribute(1991) which captures the spirit of the times.

In Gold Foil and Red,Orange,Blue and Purple Day-Glo.

Heavy Stock Paper.

I can't make out the artists name-It looks like Lisa Foravitz.
