Original issue in "METAL 1" stickered cannister with paper dividers and tracklist inner sheet.

Overall in VG+ condition - no scratches but some scuffs - playback is EX except for side A - please see detailed grading and note on side A below.

RECORDS - Side A (matrix 1-A-1) - VG*   [one prominent non-feelable surface scuff and other sleeve scuffs - plays with very occasional (3 or 4) light clicks (and please see note below*)]

*NOTE: Side A (the track "Albatross") intermittently skips a groove - principally on the intro (and about 7 or 8 times in total). In my view, it is not massively noticeable or overwhelming within the context of the angular/abrasive instrumentation on this track. It seems to be an issue peculiar to this particular track on the vinyl - I have two other copies and they both do the same, although it can be overcome on my keeper copy if the tracking weight and anti-skate settings on my tonearm are set just so. I've also seen the issue with this particular track mentioned in the blogosphere.

                        Side B (matrix 1-B-2) - VG+ to EX-   [one surface hairline and other surface sleeve scuffs/marks]

                        Side C (matrix 1-C-2) - EX   [sleeve scuffs]

                        Side D (matrix 1-D-1) - EX   [sleeve scuffs]

                        Side E (matrix 1-E-2) - EX   [sleeve scuffs]

                        Side F (matrix 1-F-1) - EX   [sleeve scuffs - background crackle audible on last track]        

LABELS - EX   Spindle marks. No stickers or writing.

CANNISTER - VG+   Heavy oxidization and a couple of dings on the base near the rim.

INNERS - VG+   The tracklist insert is heavily creased but not torn and the paper dividers have some age-spotting/marks, lighter creasing and some offsetting from the record labels.

GRADING SCALE:   NM/EX/VG/G(+/-) visual grading - not play tested unless specifically indicated above. NM is near mint not mint - I do not use M except for an unplayed record.
