Up for bid here is a GORGEOUS example of the Doors FIRST LP...The trail-off vinyl contains all of the identifiers of a Monarch pressing, including a "MR" stamped inside a circle on both sides. The full matrix numbers are: Side 1 - EKL-4007A (MON) MR in Circle Delta 10046 Ray Hagerty's Signature; Side 2 - EKL - 4007B (MON) MR in Circle Delta 10046-X Ray Hagerty's Signature. The original Stereo cover in shrink is in Excellent condition and has a MONO sticker on the cover-The vinyl, which contains some light non-feelable surface hairlines and scuffs from the inner sleeve, is somewhere between a Strong VG+ and Excellent condition. Nevertheless it has preserved its beautiful factory gloss and lustre and plays great with only some occasional background noise. The Elektra 67' catalog is in Mint condition. The Elektra Records inner sleeve is in Excellent condition.The white circles on the label close-up are only on the photo and not on the label !!!      Please check all my vintage vinyl auctions that come from my Uncle's extensive collection !!!
