THE CARS — “Shake It Up”
Very rare 1981 PROMO pressing with unusual
one off advertisement for radio station KMET on flip side. Reads”KMET Rocks” instead of usual blank disc. Have read online that only 50 of these were pressed, as promotional handouts for the radio station..
Disc only. No idea on condition … picture discs are very hard to guage grading … but it looks clean and decent in person.
I acquired it from the estate of the Los Angeles Record executive, and most of his other discs were an unplayed mint condition.
Selling this at a really good price which will make this a truly amazing deal for the right CARS collector.
