Description
The Beatles "White Album" in Mono (Toshiba EMI EAS-67157/58), Stamper YEX-709-712.
This is a complete set with the four individual portraits, The Japanese liner notes and the color poster/lyric sheet. The 2 original clear plastic sleeves AND 2 white anti-static lined sleeves are included. This set also has the fully in tact OBI.
Condition: The two records are in NM-/EX condition and appear unplayed. The poster, Japanese lyrics and color poster/lyric sheet are all in NM condition. The OBI is NM- without tears and only a minor crease inside the record sleeve.
The cover I would rate as a VG+. Specifically, there is minor ring wear, mild yellowing (completely typical and almost always present given that this record is 33 years old), and some minor corner bumps on the tops and bottoms of the corners at the mouth of the cover.
The only real imperfection in the whole set is some light black magic marker that was partially removed on the bottom right rear of the cover. It is clearly visible in the last photo.
This set almost always sells for $300 or more on eBay AND is almost always from Japan which means shipping is $20-$25. This is a rare opportunity to get a beautiful set for a nice discount.
